If it cannot be released by CIC (records destroyed, wrong visa file information provided etc.), the appropriate notification is provided to the customer. In either case the order is deemed fulfilled (completed).

If instructed so by the customer, we issue full refund (less government processing fee if already paid on behalf of the customer by that moment) for any order that is not fulfilled (completed).

Privacy Policy

The information you will be providing on this online request form will be held temporarily on the servers hosted by cicgcmsnotes.com. Once requests are re-routed to and received by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), the information will be deleted from cicgcmsnotes.com servers.

Payment information will be redirected to a secure and trusted third party web site (Stripe) where your payment will be processed. Your name, credit card number, expiry date and security code (CVV2) will be collected in order to process your payment. Once your online application is transmitted to the designated institution, a notification of payment will be conveyed, as a confirmation that application fees were paid to the cicgcmsnotes.com.
